We kindly request a 24-hour notice of appointment cancellations. Our stylists are paid by commission and “no shows” place a financial burden on them. We understand that last minute emergencies can happen within 24 hours of an appointment, but multiple occurrences may result in requiring advance deposits for future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
